6th Grader Waverly Alexander Selected as Severna Park Voice Student-Athlete of the Month

Waverly Alexander spent much of her summer participating in the Green Hornets track and field program, where she set record times in the 400-meter for girls 5-6; the 800-meter for girls 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 and 11-12; and the 1600-meter for 5-6 and 7-8. So, it’s not surprising that Waverly was nominated by Elizabeth Nabor, the commissioner of Green Hornets track and field, to be the Voice’s Student-Athlete of the Month.
