Ellen Stanton taught second grade at St. Martin's for over 25 years, transforming the lives of hundreds of students. She engaged her students in creative ways, such as through student trips and experiential learning. Established by the Stanton family, the Ellen Stanton Memorial Fund supports Lower School enrichment field trips, which were prominent in Mrs. Stanton's teaching philosophy.
