Grants

Sibling: A 5% grant is available each year to families registering more than one child. The grant will apply to the youngest child enrolled in Preschool or Kindergarten only.

Military:  We proudly support our military by offering a 5% discount to former and active military families.  We also are a Child and Youth Programs Fee Assistance Provider through the U.S. Coast Guard.  This program is a Child Care Subsidy Program established to help defray the cost of child care for Active Duty USCG Members & Reservists who have been called to Active Duty for a minimum of 180 consecutive days or longer. Additional program information can be found at https://elibrary.cnic-n9portal.net/familyenrollment/community-programs/.  St. Martin’s provider number is 3000065692.

Parishioner: A grant is offered each year to active, pledging parishioners of St. Martin's in-the-Field Episcopal Church. A verification letter from the Church Office must be submitted to the school to be eligible. The available grants per student are: $250 for half day preschool, $500 per student for full day preschool and $1,000 per student for Kindergarten through 8th grade. The total parishioner grant is not to exceed $2,000 per family per year.

Family Referral Incentive

The Family Referral Incentive is offered to current families, who refer a new Kindergarten through 8th Grade student to St. Martin's. The new student must apply, be accepted, and enroll into the school. This incentive will be applied to the current family's last payment of the 2020-2021 school year. Fill Out Family Referral Form

The available incentive is $1000 for each Kindergarten through 8th Grade referral. This is a one-time incentive and is not to exceed $2000 in a given year.
