Financial Aid Process and Forms

Families who wish to send their child to St. Martin's but feel that the educational expense may cause a financial burden may apply for Financial Aid through our partnership with School & Student Services (SSS) of National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). To begin the process, login to the SSS website and complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) online. Get started by clicking on "Go to the Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) Online." In completing the application, you will need recent tax-related materials. The deadline for submitting completed Financial Aid forms is January 31.
As a St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Episcopal School parent, you can select a tuition payment plan that best suits your needs through the services provided by FACTS, a tuition management company. Before and After-School Care
St. Martin's offers structured, supervised before and after-school care plans for available care between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm. The cost of before school care varies based on duration. Click here for more information.
Sibling: A 5% grant is available each year to families registering more than one child. The grant will apply to the youngest child(ren).
Military: We proudly support our military by offering a 5% discount to former and active military families. We also are a Child and Youth Programs Fee Assistance Provider through the U.S. Coast Guard. This program is a Child Care Subsidy Program established to help defray the cost of child care for Active Duty USCG Members & Reservists who have been called to Active Duty for a minimum of 180 consecutive days or longer. Parishioner: A grant is offered each year to active, pledging parishioners of St. Martin's in-the-Field Episcopal Church. A verification letter from the Church Office must be submitted to the school to be eligible. The available grants per student are: $250 for half day preschool, $500 per student for full day preschool and $1,000 per student for Kindergarten through 8th grade. The total parishioner grant is not to exceed $2,000 per family per year.
Family Referral Incentive
The Family Referral Incentive is offered to current families, who refer a new Kindergarten through 8th Grade student to St. Martin's. The new student must apply, be accepted, and enroll into the school. This incentive will be applied to the current family's last payment of the 2022-2023 school year. Fill Out Family Referral Form
The available incentive is $1000 for each Kindergarten through 8th Grade referral. This is a one-time incentive and is not to exceed $2000 in a given year. The referral bonus will be pro-rated if the new student enrolls after November 1.
529 Savings Plan
Distributions from 529 Savings Plans up to $10,000 per year, per beneficiary can be used for K-12th grades at public, private, or religious schools to pay for tuition. 529 Savings Plans are accounts that allow savers to accumulate money and pay for college (and now K-12th grade private education) on a tax free basis.
