Mustang Moments: A Look Back and What’s Ahead!
It’s been a wonderful fall so far at St. Martin’s! The first few months of the school year have been full of activity, learning, and connection across our campus.
Kicking off the month of October, our after-school clubs began, giving students opportunities to explore new interests and friendships through these exciting after-school experiences. Students were able to engage in anything from nature and animals to ballet and yoga.

Soon after, we got to celebrate one of our most cherished traditions, Grand-Friends Day. Students were so proud to welcome their special guests to campus for Chapel and classroom visits, sharing a glimpse into their daily life at St. Martin’s.
Our fall sports teams wrapped up exciting seasons of soccer and cross country, showing Mustang spirit, teamwork, and perseverance along the way. Students also took their learning beyond the classroom on field trips to First Fruit Farms, where they served others through harvesting potatoes, Oyster Planting at the Maryland Yacht Club, where they learned about environmental stewardship, and a trip to the MAESA Cathedral, where they joined other Episcopal schools in celebration and worship.
We were also delighted to have Chaplain Grace lead her first of many Chapel services this fall, bringing warmth, reflection, and faith to our community gatherings. In addition, our St. Martin’s Fund launched, inviting families, alumni, and friends to invest in the people and programs that make St. Martin’s such a special place.

Looking ahead, the excitement continues! We can’t wait for our Veterans Day Flag Ceremony to honor those who have served and a chance to celebrate together at our beloved Thanksgiving Feast. We also look forward to cheering on our Mustangs participating in Basketball this winter!
There’s so much to be grateful for at St. Martin’s. Our students’ curiosity, our teachers’ dedication, and the strong sense of community that ties us all together. We look forward to all that the rest of the year will bring!
