Celebrating 70 Years – Honoring the Class of 2022!

As St. Martin’s prepares to celebrate its 70th anniversary during the 2026–2027 school year, we’re excited to spotlight the people who make our story so special. This graduation season, we proudly celebrate the Class of 2022 as they complete high school and take the next step in their journeys. Their achievements reflect the strong foundation built during their years at St. Martin’s.

Annabelle Baker graduated from the Gunston School. She continued to be a competitive Irish dancer through high school and is also a varsity sailor. She’s attending the University of California at Berkeley in the fall and will be double majoring in ecosystems management and forestry and molecular environmental biology. 

Blake Barton is heading to AACC to take classes locally while pursuing his interest in learning the trades. He’s already connected with a mentor through a local contracting business and will combine hands-on work experience with his business coursework. 

Philip Cleven graduated from Severna Park High School as a member of the National Honor Society. He played on the varsity golf team. He will attend Salisbury University in the fall and study Architecture.

Beckett Dickson graduated magna cum laude from Severna Park High School on the Honor Roll. He will spend the next year playing AAA hockey for Tomorrow’s Ice Selects and continuing to coach soccer and lacrosse at St. Martin’s before enrolling at Clemson University in 2027, where he plans to major in Biochemistry.

Aydin Dogan graduated from Indian Creek, where he played on the soccer team. He celebrated his graduation with a trip to London and will see World Cup games in California this summer. He will attend Salisbury University this fall.

Jonah Kadlec graduated from Archbishop Spalding with Principal’s Honors as a member of National Honor Society, Tri-M Honor Society as well as the Engineering and Music programs. Jonah will attend UMBC in the fall as a Linehan Scholar pursuing dual programs in Jazz Studies and Pre-Med.  

Maya Kirshtein graduated summa cum laude from Severna Park High School. She was a National Merit Semifinalist and a Presidential Scholarship Semifinalist. She will be attending the University of Colorado at Boulder for their Engineering Honors Program and plans to study aerospace engineering. 

Connor McAndrew graduated from St. Mary’s High School as an honors student-athlete. He played on the varsity football and lacrosse teams for all four years and will be attending the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. He plans to continue playing lacrosse at Air Force.

Broc McDevitt will attend Full Sail University in Sanford, Florida where he will take a fast pace in film production to receive his masters in 32 months. He was on the honor roll at Archbishop Spalding High School, where he played on the volleyball team and served as team manager for basketball. At graduation he earned a certificate for over 300 hours of community service. 

Savanna McDevitt has completed her first year of college at CCBC and will transfer to Anne Arundel Community College to study Oceanography and Marine Biology this fall. She will be interning at the Marathon, FL Aquarium Encounters before transferring to Florida Atlantic University to study Oceanography and Shark Ecology. She graduated from Spalding in the National Honor Society and earned a certificate for over 300 hours of community service.

Maddy McKinty graduated Cum Laude from Severn School on the Head’s Honor Roll. She is enrolled in the University of Utah Honors College, where she will pursue a BFA in Ballet (Performance) and intends to follow the Pre-Med/Pre-Health track and may add a second major.

Kate Murphy graduated from Severna Park High School. She was a member of the cross country and track teams, winning four consecutive state championships. She will continue her cross country and track career at Towson University in the Fall.

Sarina Muto graduated in the top five percent of her class at Archbishop Spalding High School. She was accepted into the College Park Scholars program in International Studies at the University of Maryland this fall. At UMD, she intends to continue pursuing her passion for volleyball by participating in their club program.

Aaron Reeder graduated from Mount St. Joseph High School and is going to Indiana University in the Honors College program which, in brief, is for high achieving students. He is excited about being a Hoosier and still believes the next step after Indiana is law school.
